Group Therapy

Group therapy can provide a comfortable community that allows people  to relate to one another.

GROUPS FOR AUTISTIC PEOPLE AND THEIR LOVED ONES

At Seven Corners Psychotherapy, we provide groups for neurodivergent folks of all ages to help them understand themselves and find connection with others. We do not provide social skills groups - we believe that the best way for people to find connection is through being themselves. Our younger autism groups use the Neurobears program to help them understand what autism actually is, understand themselves and their own needs, and find autistic joy and true connection with others. Our parenting groups also use Neurobears so that caregivers can have the same language and understanding as their children. Our teen and young adult groups have the same goals and use resources that are more age appropriate.

Please see below for our current specific group offerings.  In general, our groups start with an intake with the therapist running the group and can be either time limited or ongoing.  An individual session is also offered at the end of the group to discuss any recommendations from the therapist.  Please reach out to the individual therapist listed below or submit the online form for more information.
