The Seven Corners Psychotherapy Training & Supervision Institute is here to provide you with high quality play therapy training and supervision. Our trainings help you learn not just the how of play therapy, but also the why. We help new play therapists develop their own play therapy clinical lens and experienced clinicians deepen theirs. Our trainings inspire clinicians to look within in order to be a grounded and regulated presence in the play therapy space.
Navigating the path to becoming a Registered Play Therapist can be overwhelming! Luckily, it doesn’t have to be. Seven Corners Psychotherapy's new training and supervision institute offers a comprehensive, clearly structured program that meets all Association for Play Therapy (APT) requirements, taking the guesswork out of each phase. Designed with flexibility in mind, our program ensures you stay on track while giving you the autonomy to focus on the topics most relevant to your clinical work and interests. Let us simplify the process so you can focus on growing as a confident and competent play therapist. You can take just one training or choose a package in which we offer a wide variety of trainings, both in-person and online, to satisfy the requirements to earn your RPT credential.
We prioritize using non directive play to help people to become the best version of themselves through developing a deep knowing of and love for themselves. Trainings and supervision will help clinicians understand how this is happening so they can feel confident in themselves and their clinical skills to build an inclusive and affirming play therapy practice.
You can just take one training or choose a package in which, for a set fee, we offer a wide variety of trainings that can provide enough hours to satisfy the requirements to earn your RPT credential.

Play Therapy Onboarding Training Package

Do you have interns or residents just learning the fundamentals of play therapy? Would you like to provide experienced play therapists at your practice a way to refresh their skills? The Seven Corners Psychotherapy Training and Supervision Institute has built a library of play therapy trainings for just that. Grounded in a child centered and neurodiversity affirming approach, clinicians Sarah Harig, LPC, RPT-S and Jennifer Glacel, LCSW, RPT-S help therapists learn or refresh the skills and the self-trust needed to navigate the playroom and work confidently with children and their parents.
Therapy practices can purchase year-long access to over 30 hours of recorded play therapy trainings, available for anyone at the practice during that time for one fee. Therapists can watch on their own time and at their own pace.
Trainings included for $2400:
- Introduction to Child Centered Play Therapy Parts 1 & 2 (12 hours)
- History of Play Therapy (1 hour)
- Setting up a Play Therapy Space (1.5 hours)
- Play Therapy Intake and Assessment (2 hours)
- Diagnosis in Play Therapy (2 hours)

Please note that continuing education credits are not included in these packages. Individuals who have access to these trainings through their practice can get CE credit after taking the course by completing a quiz, feedback survey, and paying a $5 per credit hour directly to Seven Corners Psychotherapy Training and Supervision Institute.

Jennifer Glacel is the owner and founder of Seven Corners Psychotherapy. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Registered Play Therapist - Supervisor. An Autistic therapist skilled in working with children, teens, and adults for over 16 years, Jennifer’s current focus is working with other clinicians, through training and supervision, to help them understand neurodivergence and autism and increase their skills in play therapy and using symbols and sandplay in therapy with clients of all ages.
Sarah Harig is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist- Supervisor at Seven Corners Psychotherapy with year of experience with all ages. Sarah provides clinical supervision for individuals working towards their license as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Play Therapy Supervision/ Consultation for those working towards their Registered Play Therapist credential. She also enjoys providing training and continuing education to counselors and play therapists.
