Our goal is to offer you and your family a creative, calm, and safe space to explore and grow through therapy. We work to ensure that every individual, regardless of background, is seen, heard and respected. We believe that a central goal of therapy is to help the client learn to trust themselves.
Seven Corners Psychotherapy is a neurodiversity-affirming therapy practice. As a practice, we want to dismantle the idea that neurodivergence is a problem that needs to be fixed. We provide therapy with a neurodiversity-affirming approach that holds space for hardships while also fostering strengths. Therapists at Seven Corners Psychotherapy work within the scope of the client’s lived experience.
We work hard to create a space that will be safe for BIPOC and Queer folks. We are grounded in an understanding that external factors, such as discrimination, affect perception and response to life experiences. We also understand that our own life experiences have offered each of us various privileges. We build our approach to therapy with that awareness.
We offer a wide variety of therapy specializations for all ages - with a special emphasis on children & family work using play therapy, child centered play therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, parenting support, Jungian therapy, and mindfulness. Through our practice, we want each of our clients to be playful and feel grounded and strong.
We look forward to meeting you!
